my friend was arrested for dui they took his blood did not book him and let him go. first i think that’s weird but is it normal
he wrote a statement that night. when he called to see where they towed his car to they asked him to give another statment. if something was false in the first statement is it dismissed because he was under the influence or will he be charged for false information
also he hasn’t heard from the cops in 2 weeks.

* 3 6 or 9 months of enrollment and attendance in a DUI class
